RBT JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data and write daily notes using specialized software (Rethink).
- Work with Lead Therapists, Team
- Coordinators, and BCBAs on your team to ensure treatment integrity and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment progress.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients,
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crises arise.
- Other job duties as assigned by the Children’s Milestone.
