Our Autism Program

We collaborate with the family to focus on the Child’s needs based on their strengths and weaknesses. All treatment plans are individualized to promote socially appropriate skills while decreasing inappropriate behaviors.

Step One: Conducting a thorough milestone assessment:

Schedule intake session with parents

BCBA will Conduct an initial assessment to identify the child’s goals and needs

BCBA will write the child’s treatment plan based on parent interview, observation, and assessment

Step Three: Implementation of Treatment Plan Phase

Implementation of treatment goals by Registered behavior technician (RBT);

weekly monitoring and supervision of RBT by Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Documentation of the child’s daily progress on our web-based system.

Monthly ongoing parental training and consultation

Step four: Ongoing Monitoring, Communication and Progress Report Evaluation

Documentation of the child’s program goals/inappropriate behavioral goals

appropriate adjustment to child’s treatment goals and therapy sessions whenever necessary.

Monthly parental meeting

Reassessment of the child’s progress every six months.
